Is there a dress code?+
Smart casual is expected after dusk in our restaurants and across the main casino floor. Gentlemen should wear closed shoes and a collared shirt; a jacket from our cloakroom is available on request. Daytime beachwear suits the pools and lagoon bars. Trainers, beachwear, and swim shorts are not allowed in the main restaurants from 19:00 onwards.
Are pets welcome?+
Certain ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas accept pets on request, with a one-off cleaning fee added to the bill. Dogs receive a complimentary welcome set (bed, bowls, treats), a walking service twice daily, and grooming if asked. Cats may stay in carriers, though suites have no litter facilities — please tell us ahead of time.
Is the casino open 24/7?+
The main gaming floor runs from 14:00 to 04:00 each day. Private high-stakes salons can open earlier or stay later by arrangement with your host — overnight private play is common on weekends. Membership cards are not needed for table play; chips may be bought and cashed at the cage whenever we are open.
Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce transfers can be booked with your stay, or as late as two hours before you arrive. Guests short on time can use our helipad from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Either service can be charged to your suite.

We check the pool temperature every two hours. We restock the bar before you realise it is low. We learn your name on day one and your coffee on day two. None of that is flashy on its own. What matters is that we do it for every guest, every day, for 30 years running.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong way. Across 30 years we chose one path and held to it. Everyone on our team — front desk through kitchen porters — was selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what excellence means. A building cannot supply that alone. People do.
